He has worked in Aviation for the last 15 years helping establish and manage Airlines, Charter Companies, Aircraft Maintenance and Training Organizations Nationally and Internationally. Nadine recently joined the HAA team as head of marketing, course development and the online training facilitator. She has her honours degree in Drama and Theatre Arts and English but has always had a soft spot for Aviation. Her background in education and exposure to the Aviation industry have equipped her to develop courses and support the team of HAA auditors. She is an accredited ICAO Linguistic expert and has been a part of the Aviation industry for nearly 13 years.

Chris recently joined the HAA team and is a seasoned aviation administrator. He has over 6 years of experience in the aviation industry, is a PPL license holder, and is currently completing his CPL. Chris is responsible for customer service, manual amendments and applications.

With his extensive background in Architecture and Pastoral care, Sam has a keen eye for detail and systems; and will also fulfil a pastoral role internally for HAA staff.

Charlie is an aviation specialist in every aspect of the term – with over 11 000 total flight hours and more than 6000 hours of instruction under his wing, he brings over 40 years of aviation experience to the table. Charlie has vast experience in delivery of aviation training courses including, but not limited to, flight safety, auditing, CRM, DG, FOM, SEPT, SMS and AAI. He has an in-depth knowledge of aviation and has contributed over 90 articles to the African Pilot magazine and writes safety articles for multiple platforms and produces safety training videos for SEAMS Online Training.

Louise possess 30 plus years of experience in managing Civil Aviation programmes. She is active in preparation for ICAO USOAP audits as NCMC and is an advisor to NCMC. She was involved in the establishment of 3 civil aviation authorities and their systems, and with a good understanding of international regulatory and legal framework for air transport liberalisation, Louise brings valuable experience and expertise to the table. Additionally, she has expert knowledge of Civil Aviation Integrated Quality and Safety Management, quality audit principles and an in-depth knowledge of aviation audit practices and processes. She has vast experience in delivery of aviation training courses for both IATA and ICAO and has in-depth knowledge of ICAO Provisions for Personnel Licensing, including setting up the medical certification oversight systems, Quality and Safety Management Systems, Safety Oversight Systems and the SSP Framework.

During the 20 years he gained “O” and “I” level maintenance experience on fighter aircraft, heavy transport aircraft and light as well as medium helicopters. Experienced gained at EADS Airbus Helicopters, South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA), ExecuJet Maintenance South Africa and Solenta Aviation developed his skills in Airworthiness, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Assurance, Personnel Management, Business Management, Risk Management within a Quality System, Aircraft Delivery and Project Management Teams.
